Soooo...I caved and jumped onto the sous vide bandwagon. My first attempt was Chilean Sea Bass, and I can honestly say it was fantastic. Not sure what to try next....maybe duck breast? #cooking #homechef #cleanplateclub

@K8jeracki I think I did 30 minutes at 130 degrees, then quickly seared in butter before serving (for color/texture).

LOL, where were you swimming?

I live on the left coast of the US, so the water here is always fairly cool (58-65 degrees F.)

Although, a person could go swimming out in Bakersfield, CA and then you might as well be swimming in one of those Yellowstone thermal vents. 😉
