Agree, tho I would suggest some need to exercise a little thread disciple. 70 spout threads are way to long. LOL!

Considering that we can create hugely long threads automatically with one click, I don't see the upside. Once you learn to thread, it makes it easier to follow in bite-sized paragraphs & you can add an image or GIF to punch it up.

Exactly! That is called blogging! 1-5 is my limit. If I see anything 1-117 (yes, I believe I saw one that long), my thumb keeps scrolling.

Well, you've got a point if you don't care whether everyone reads your entire thread. But, if you do care, then ppl should try to be more concise. The reason for a thread is you have more to say than a few spouts, but eventually ppl will abandon the thread if it's way too long.
