People if you go to a hotel and leave the room wrecked the least you can do is leave a tip for the person who has to come in behind you and clean up after you.

P.S. Also be mindful of the fact that summer is our busy season.

Say you are an adult who doesn't trash a hotel room- what do you and your colleagues consider an appropriate tip? I've always wondered!

And thank you for all that you do! 💜

For me personally I'm grateful for whatever I get and sometimes that can be just a couple of dollars. Anything $5 and up is always appreciated though. Also sometimes just stopping and letting the staff know they are appreciated goes a long way. Words can be very uplifting after cleaning 12 rooms.

Boggles my mind that full-grown adults trash hotel rooms without shame. The hotel staff should take a photo and create a "no sleep" list for these slobs.

At this point I've decided that animals are way cleaner than some humans. It can get down right disgusting. And it's worse when they bring their children. I feel bad for the kids because obviously their parents aren't teaching them anything.
