This is horrendous! The child was working alone? Pulled into a machine called an Eviscerator, with no safety bar? The plant is contesting atrociously small fines for prior deaths. They can’t get white people to work these jobs, nor can they get adults. Assholes.

He was in the ninth grade! The company acknowledged that the young man shouldn't have been hired.

"Mar-Jac MS would never knowingly put any employee, and certainly not a minor, in harm's way," the statement reads.

They know exactly what they're doing when they hire cheap immigrant labor. 😡
