o presentation
o service
o value
o cleanliness

BUT, if your payment machine has a minimum suggested tip of more than 15%, then I am always going to select "other" and manually enter a tip of zero.

You are an a$$hole that has probably never worked in the service industry.

The employee working for tips has no choice about what’s printed on the receipt.

Just like they have no choice in the a$$hole they have as customers.
