Wow. I am now *blocked* from seeing @cbouzy 's posts due to having expressed my concern and dissapointment over the ban on "adult content".

I don't think I was being rude or out of line. This doesn't feel very good.

Mr. Bouzy, or anyone, can block whoever we please for no reason at all.

The fact that you want to impose your desires for porn on the rest of us is not OK. A majority of users of this site have said we don't want "adult content," so Mr. Bouzy said that is the policy.

Why are you so opposed to those of us who are fed up with ugliness to having this ONE safe space?
If you want adult content ther are sooooo many other places to go.
ONE SAFE SPACE...IS THAT REALLY TOO MUCH TO ASK?

We don't live in a "safe" world. This platform exists so you can say what you want without getting trolled, bullied or attacked. It exists so you can post without hate speech. I guess i missed the memo where my fragile sensitivities trump someone else's existence here.

it's his personal account, it's his choice on who he lets into his personal space. I treat my SM as my front porch and I'm very particular who I let step up.

You're not wrong, but if that's the way its going to be, he should really release official announcements through the Spoutible account and not his personal one.

Who is arguing? He said "this is the rule and it's not going to change", then I said "I am dissapointed", and was blocked and had my reply deleted. I'd call that rather excessive.

The guy doesn't want "adult content" on his platform. Done. Simple. Plain as that. It's no different than movie ratings. If he wants it to be PG-13, then that is the end of it.

Personally I don't want adult content on here. I've enjoyed your spouts and engagement and I don't care what two consenting adults do as long as no one gets hurt BUT there are other sites for that. I'm no prude. Sex workers provide a service as old as time. I stand with @cbouzy on this matter. Peace

Agree blocking disagreements seems extreme. I guess for better or worse Chris bouzy is the Elon musk of spoutible. He owns the platform and can do whatever he wants. Blocking “trolls” (or ppl who disagree w you) seems like a major motivation for platform.

Based on the total conversation, it’s a policy because Google/Apple and the like have restrictions and won’t support the app if it allows adult content-aka porn. Your failure to respect the “No”, while I wouldn’t answer-he gets to choose the block. But your not censored-obviously others see your 🐳

This is of some concern to me.
That's not a million miles away from Musk being a one man in control.
It matches what was being warned about.
It wouldn't be so bad, but all updates and work also come from the account too.

Major red flag for me, & seriously going to affect how I interact & promote.

Not wanting the content is fine, prob agree.
Albeit, the decision was from a miniscule survey.
I happened to do another survey, that may have more responses. 💁
But blocking someone for the merest of querying is a whole different thing. 🚩
