I made it clear before launching Spoutible what the policy would be. What is rude is people not caring about the legal and financial ramifications of allowing adult and explicit content. And for the record, I did listen to the users, and they voted NO. So should I ignore the majority who voted NO?

I think people don’t understand the money it would take to allow explicit content and stay within the law. You’re doing the right thing.

Especially with the Supreme Court cases coming up that could gut Section 230 and leave companies liable for what their users post.
