That was my first take and made me wonder about the end-to-end encryption. I think that what's being said is that if A sends B an encrypted sexually explicit message, B can complain to Spoutible. I'm no encryption expert but I doubt one can have true ETE encryption and censorship by a third party.

That's probably true. But it's not spelled out very well, and I think a lot of what has had people in an uproar today is that these policies aren't very specific, well explained, maybe even well thought out.

True. I think the main issue here is people don't have a really good idea of what's permissible and what isn't and the response from a lot of other people seems to be "I'll know what's not okay when I see it" and that's no way to run a site.
