Grateful for the 3.32% increase in social security. Meanwhile, in 2023, our HOA was raised 37% per month, food prices are expected to increase another 5.8% this year, my MI car insurance was just raised 27.5% per month, gas prices have come DOWN to $3.64/gal. And so it goes.

What state? Curious if your higher HOA dues are related to a spike in insurance rates, now occurring in areas at risk for wildfires or floods. Some HOAs can’t buy insurance at any price. 😬

Michigan. few changes in climate yet here. This is a new management company that saw a chance to cash in on seniors. We pay our own insurance.
