Isn't Ireland a bit far south for aurora? IDK. I just didn't think they typically appear there.

Yes it's super rare although in the North it's more common. They were seen all the way down in the North of France this week!!

Complete dream to see those one day. I thought I’d have to trek to Iceland. If I can just hop over the Irish Sea and enjoy a Guinness while I watch them, well that’s a huge bonus.

Apparently they were seen all across the UK as well. All the way down to Cornwall! But yes Guinness is the better draw
