So this year, I'm going to start regularly practicing "breathwork" and meditation, along with yoga, to lower my blood pressure. Has anyone had any good experiences with this?

I was a VERY reluctant slow-starter when it came to yoga, breathwork, and meditation, but it's been game-changing for me on many levels.

I use the Glo platform for all the above pretty much every day, if you're looking for recommendations on great places for practitioners at all levels.

Yes. If you aren’t already in the habit, add in some cardio workouts too. Can be as simple as walking. Developing these habits isn’t easy—but the payoffs make it worthwhile.

Yes, I know a few people who have benefited from deep slow breathing; helped with lowering their BP. Deep slow breath (inhale 4 counts), hold breath 4 counts, exhale length 6 counts. Hold 2 counts - then inhale 4 counts again.
