I make my own cereal, oats with pecans and raisins baked with maple syrup and cinnamon.

Applesauce. I have 2 great Apple trees in my yard. No pesticides, no sugar.

Unfortunately, I have severe Fructose/Fructan malabsorption so I am unable to eat apples - on a FODMAP diet.

I make soup 3 or 4 days a week. It is my favorite food for breakfast and lunch, easy to make, and endless variations.

I love making soup too. Organic Jap pumpkin with kaffir lime and ginger. I also like to make organic chicken bone broth in winter.
