I make my own cereal, oats with pecans and raisins baked with maple syrup and cinnamon.

Yes, I have so many food issues, dairy, soy, almonds and everything commercially made has some or all in it. I missed cereal. I use pure coconut milk instead of cow. I’ve been on a soup making kick too.
