Hmmm, interesting. He takes a lot of pride in securing death penalty convictions and then successfully fighting clemency.

The lawyer for Brittany Watts was a prosecutor for 20ish years. Then she ran for the seat of the retiring judge who sent this travesty of trash to the grand jury. She lost.

Right. In fact, the discretion is solely within the prosecutor's power! So this is a damn lie! But most people don't know this so he can sell this lie to the general public. I swear, we need to teach Intro to the Criminal Justice System (CJC 1010 at my university) in high school. 🤬🤬🤬
