Journalists and pundits will need a new narrative about Biden's "low enthusiasm" after New Hampshire. You don't win by 30+ points as a write-in candidate if you have low enthusiasm.

It's going to be more than that when they finish processing the write-ins — zero of them will be for Phillips or Williamson (honestly forgot she was still hanging around)

To put things in greater perspective Joe actually outperformed Obama's 2012 Margins in NH when he was actually on the ballot.

53.6 v. 19.8 at time of replying. Unprocessed write-in dropped by 1.9% at the same time, so likely he'll be solidly above 60% at the final count

Dems who crossed over and unaffiliateds who voted for Haley would have made Biden's margin and vote count significantly higher.

Those who didn't vote likely include many who consider the general election to be the one that matters, and those will be almost entirely Biden-Harris votes.

The have needed a new narrative for a long time. Let’s see if this does it. Unfortunately I am not hopeful that they will shift their narrative. It is up to us!

That's easy. Trump took more of the vote in the GOP primary, 54.9%, than Biden did in the D primary, 51. 5%. They will ignore the fact that Biden was a write in candidate.

Not where I was watching. They kept saying, gosh and there were 20 other candidates on the ballot that you didn’t have to write in! Plus the delegates were stripped, so it doesn’t even count. And he still won?”

But also, likely to increase - see the line that got 14%? Unprocessed write-in.

And they ignore the disconnect between those kind of results, which we have seen over and over again, and the polling. Biden is popular and his supporters are enthusiastic.

Are they yet to be processed or cannot be processed? Anyone know?

I think they are working on them, as the unprocessed started out at like 75% last night and has been dropping as Biden-specific goes up. So it's probably going to end up close to 75% Biden as write-in.

Write-in ballots are first counted together in NH. Then, if the write-in ballots are numerous enough to change the results, they go back and count them afterward. Many, many towns in NH use paper ballots and count them by hand, so write-ins take awhile to tally.

"Low enthusiasm" is a made up media narrative.

Biden has raised the most amount of money in history and easily won via write in by a huge margin.

Voters are excited to reelect President Biden and the media needs to start accurately reporting that.
