Last night at work I was shuffling a stack of boxes with my foot and my ankle POPPED so hard and painfully, I thought I broke it for a minute.
I'm able to walk on it but it protests greatly. Hoping that icing it and taking it easy on my day off resolves it.

Thank you, it's mostly better now. A little tlc and making sure I don't put too much pressure on it has me back to normal-ish!

⚕️RICE method for injury = rest, ice, compression (ace wrap :), elevation. Used to share this with patients back in my medical assisting days.
