BTW, you were right about FF. It was as if I was in the app. Hoping I don't ever have a problem again, but it's nice having a workaround at the ready.

I’ve only had a few issues, and following the directions to change password, delete and then redownload the app took care of everything. Thank you for the extra security and for getting everything going again!❤️

Yes. I had difficulty seeing my profile. I used the instructions into email to clear the app cache/ data, uninstall, restart, reinstall and it works fine now. (android user) Thank you.

This morning, I woke up and tapped the app on my phone, dreading that what I'd been seeing for the past 3 days would still be there...... It works perfectly!!! Thanks @cbouzy !

All resolved. I raised a ticket and within 24 hrs I received a reply with steps by step guide to follow to resolve the problem. I followed the steps and all issues resolved. Thank you again.

There have been no problems at all on my laptop.
I lose internet up to six times per day but that's Spectrum's fault, not Spoutible.
ps I like to call them Speculum. Women know.
pps I use Ting for my phone provider and wish we could have it here for internet. Local blockade.

The not being able to post pictures issue seems to be working now after I emptied the cache for Spoutible alone, and then uninstalled and reinstalled.

But now I get no visual notifications on my phone, only when I'm in Spoutible itself do I see them. I checked all notification settings, all okay.

I was having major problems with Spoutible loading until I followed the instructions for exiting and cleaning my Android cache. Now, everything's back to normal and running smoothly. Thanks, Bouzy! 👍🏾
