Tomi T Ahonen Not Guilty On 34 Counts

Congratulations E Jean Carroll. You'll get far more than $90 million in total. About $5.4M comes this year, when Appeals Court rejects Trump's first appeal. And then in about 18 months from now, this second Appeal will be also rejected, and you'll get far more than $87M on top

Trump paid $91M bond

I just realised it may never even make it to appeal if he bankrupts this year how will he afford expensive legal nonsense cases? Also, silly q.but is there any way he can get e jean Carroll case to a scotus ruling? I don't understand if they do or don't have a role in civil lit law.i assume not.

Although I am happy E Jean will eventually get her money, it would have given me much more pleasure, to see his property being taken. Do you think Elmo gave him the cash?

Could be. Best clue is that Elmo denied supporting Trump

But the most likely scenarios is easiest. Chubb Group sold him a bond on very hard terms, taking some deed/s as collateral. When appeals court rules against Trump, Chubb will own a Trump building next year, strips his name, sells at auction

I'm curious... why does it take 18 months?

Appeal court process normal timeline EXCEPT that I used wrong measure. That is for New York appeals. This is federal appeal, so this should be done in 12 months. Give or take
