I believe you have misrepresented the reaction.

People are reacting because they don’t understand what behaviours contributed to their score. (We all knew it was coming and would be public).

Or can you explain what features/ behaviours contribute to a score please?

Bouzy spouted a link to the BotSentinel FAQ.

While they don't disclose the exact heuristics used to calculate the score, the language modeling evaluates for "nefarious automated bots, targeted harassment and abuse, mis/disinformation, toxic discourse, and other problematic social media activities."

So, likely negative or accusatory sentiment in postings/replies, sharing of links to known sources of mis/disinformation, repetitive spamming of hashtags, etc.

He's also asked not to focus on the exact score and more the classification... which could beg the question why disclose the score.
