Where are my #Kitchen #Witches , #Hoodoos , #Conjurers & #Healers ?

I’m looking for an easier than not way to make my own ginger root, turmeric, and black pepper extract drops.

I’ve been taking a concoction from an online retailer, however, my inner warlock in the woods won’t shush until I figure out how to create my own WITHOUT too much hassle using a blender and strainer (and the pulp from ginger root).

How do I #liquefy #ginger root powder and #turmeric as not to have a chalky taste?

I don’t want alcohol (vodka). What else could I use that’s non-alcoholic to extract the ginger?

I use water, but I cook it. If you heat the water and simmer the ginger slices, you could try pouring that in a jar, adding turmeric and peppercorns, and let it steep for a few days. Then taste. When it’s strong enough, strain through cheesecloth.

I’ve a fine mesh strainer and coffee filters. No cheesecloth.

Olive oil (steep the root)? Or mix with ground ginger powder?

I’m going to figure this out. 🧘🏽‍♂️
