Does anyone else get tired/fatigued in the springtime? Over the last few years I've noticed a correlation between spring and feeling exhausted (more so than usual!). Springtime lethargy isn't a recognized condition or documented illness, but it appears to be common enough to warrant notice.

Could it have anything to do with DST? Beyond the immediate shock to the system, my body struggles with being thrown back into waking in the dark. It affects my mood, alertness, and leaves me feeling fatigued. I have to readjust to gaining morning light all over again.

I've seen some refer to it as reverse SAD. I think it's far more common than we think, people just haven't realized it yet.

That's what my doctor told me. It affects like 15 percent of the population.

Do you think it corresponds with allergies?

Allergies are definitely part of it, but I think the time change also really messes with my body.
