Does anyone else get tired/fatigued in the springtime? Over the last few years I've noticed a correlation between spring and feeling exhausted (more so than usual!). Springtime lethargy isn't a recognized condition or documented illness, but it appears to be common enough to warrant notice.

I've seen some refer to it as reverse SAD. I think it's far more common than we think, people just haven't realized it yet.

That's what my doctor told me. It affects like 15 percent of the population.
