An appellate bond normally says that the underwriter will pay the judgment if the defendant loses the appeal and cannot or will not pay.

Trump's appellate bond says that the underwriter will not pay anything.

Trump's appellate bond is not a real appellate bond.

It's a sham.

I will be deeply disappointed, but not at all surprised if the court gives him additional time to address this. When the first submission was found to be incomplete, the court should have tossed it and moved on. He has s battery of attorneys. How is it possible they're allowed all these mulligans?

Someone needs to put an end to his circus antics and con-man tricks and finally let this dude meet justice head-on. Watching him and his lawyers do everything in their power to manipulate the system hurts America as a nation, not just those of us watching & waiting & gritting our teeth.

Delaying is the key. I wouldn't put it past him to try this again if he gets another grace period 🤬
