Thoughts re upcoming SCOTUS immunity arguments. there is no such thing as total immunity. If there was, Nixon wld not have needed a pardon. And, even if there is partial immunity for official presidential acts, Trump’s conduct here is not within its scope.

A bad policy decision might be, but trying to undo the election results is not. Pres has no role in election process; the states do.

I wish our SC agreed. Seems that the talking heads are saying the SC will be delaying it and not fully addressing it. Please tell me I'm not getting it.
