Perhaps Justice Gorsuch should NOT have brought up "vengeful political rivals," because he owes his SEAT to the animus towards a President by a vengeful Republican, Mitch McConnell.

All the people covering from him in federal and state governments prob have criminal exposure too. Senators, House members, SCOTUS and beyond were on calls, received texts and emails, etc. This is what happens when members of government execute a coup and no one stops them #selfinterest #voteblue

What may or may not happen in the future wasn't the question. The question as I understand it is "Does the Constitution give total immunity to a President? For the life of me, I don't see where in the Constitution it says that.

Reading is very fundamental in this case
