Found and purchased a daikon radish at farmers market today
I usually treat it like a regular little red radish and add small slices to salads. What else do you do with it?

Grate it and quick-pickle with a little vinegar & salt. Makes a great topping for sandwiches or salads. I use it for bahn mi.
