I'm real tired of my annoying body and have no idea what to do. I need to sleep better, but I just can't. Melatonin, CBD oil, ashwaganda and more wakes me up. Caffeine I can drink and go right to sleep but I never have it past 10 am. THC works great but it's "illegal" here KY. So tired today
