Scotsmen wear nothing under their kilts #FactCheck

Accuracy Alert!

Based on the credible sources, the claim that Scotsmen wear nothing under their kilts remains uncertain. While it appears to be a common belief or stereotype, equivocal evidence exists. Some sources imply that Scotsmen may or may not wear anything under their kilts, with one citing that a "true" Scotsman will not be wearing anything underneath. Therefore, it seems to be more of a personal choice or perhaps a tradition adhered to by some, rather than a definitive fact applicable to all Scotsmen.

60+ years ago my father stated that such was a fact. I’ve seen the Regimental Band Black Watch at least twice and have no opinion.
