If you could only eat one country’s cuisine for the rest of your life, what country would you choose? My choice would be Mexican food.

If I didn't have a gluten allergy & pork intolerance. Haiti. Definitely Haiti. All the time. Every day. Second would be Nigeria.

Yeah,
I think I’d have to say Mexican.
Because from all of the varieties of Baja street food to all the regional cuisines & wonderful mashups on every border, there’s a never ending, super tasty variety…I mean you can find 87 yummy recipes just for Mexican Adobo. Now I’m hungry.🤤

That's a Very tough question and I'm glad I don't have to make that choice in reality.

Can I say a 3 way tie of Japanese, Mexican and Greek?

Probably Greek. (I would say Netherlands but it's a cultural mishmash with a lot of Indonesian influence.)

That’s why I wouldn’t choose American. I’m honestly not sure which foods would be left once you take away all the dishes imported from elsewhere to leave only authentic American food.

Very flavorful without the heartburn & stomach blowback.
