Los Alamos is the richest county in New Mexico with the highest number of Democrats voting. Next is Santa Fe, NM.

Seems to uphold for New Mexico?

But states and counties controlled by Democrats tend to look out for their people better. All these rural folks in Minnesota vote way too Red, but they live better and longer lives than those folks in the Dakotas because of Democratic control (in general) of the levers of power. My two cents.
