If the new Twitter usage limits are true, then Twitter is dead.💀

I considered Twitter dead when Musk bought it.

I don't think that making people pay will do much for it either.😀

And it's increased to $20 per month which is necessary for visibility. And of course only people willing to pay that to musk are trumpers and groypers.

Twitter is increasingly Gab 2.0 with every day.

I couldn't believe it when I read the proposed changes. Not just daily but 1/2 hourly metering. I always thought he was buying it to kill it, this only adds to the evidence. #ThankYouChristopher for accelerating Spoutible's development.

Between the draconian usage limitations and the obtrusive restrictions on API usage the #Twittanic is doomed.

If I go to spoutible from a window that had Twitter open, the site doesn't load. If I open a new window, spoutible loads. Am I the only one?

My take:
muskrat & twitter are setting-up the for-pay app
These limits there now?
These are the "free app" version
What they used to have?
These will be available, for a price . . .

Somebody just posted them either in my exploring or my timeline I can't remember.

He wants you to pay for the privilege of doing what you've been doing for free, with your friends, in a semi safe environment for years.

And his place is a war zone now. Give me a break.

I wish I didn’t think this way, but I’m wishing for the Twitter demise after Elon took over the app. It’s a terrible place now and will only get worse. His authoritarian tendencies and the coddling of bigots makes Twitter an unworthy app.

Musk doesn't seems to get that Twitter rely on USERS and not the opposite. Musk paid way too much for Twitter and now, he's trying to recoup his losses by charging the maximum he can to users. Not going to work. Not at all. In fact, he's giving exposure to other platforms
