Had covid and its okay not to hit my goal. My goal was really high. I have plenty of time and do not lose anything for missing my goal. Ran 1.8 miles... Bench press 135lb x12, 135lb x10, 135lb x8. Incline bench 115lb x10, 115lb x8, 115lb x10. Flys 35lb x18 x16. X14. Too tired to keep going 😭😭😭

Totally okay not to hit your goal! I've heard recommendations to avoid exertion for several weeks after Covid to try to avoid Long Covid.

I would imagine the exercise keeps your body producing growth hormone and assisting healing. I'll see what I can find but I'd appreciate research if you have any
