There it is.
No matter when I go to bed, I wake up between 3:00 and 3:30 am my time.
Anybody else?
Why?

Yes
Between 3-5 am the veil between the spiritual & material worlds are thinest - less industrial traffic in the dreamtime. Young age sleep lots & good bcuz we growing. Older good to be up n greet the sun's energy of the day n have little nap in afternoon.

From the time I entered high school until I retired, I had trouble getting out of bed in the morning and would sleep pretty late on the week-ends. Now that I'm retired, I'm frequently up at 2:30 or 3:30. And I can't seem to sleep past 7AM.

I have been doing this for decades.
2 sleeps.
I consider it my normal as it doesn't affect my overall day.

i had that issue. I now take a gummie with about 15 mg of THC about one hour before going to bed and I sleep through the night. Worth a try. Doesn't even require a script in Florida. DM for exact details if interested.

Same! Just about every night, except when I get so fed up with it that I don't even bother going to bed until well beyond that point.

Start a night owl follow back party!
Someone did that on Twitter during a particularly stressful politics time and I regularly participated. Now my body is used to the stress and I just sleep through it.

Traditional Chinese medicine would say it has to do with your lungs; which have to do with grief.

I wake up at 4am every morning. Can't go back to sleep so I spend time in the fitness center 3 mornings a week and 2 mornings of crosswords.

For me, tonight, it was joint inflammation. Hurt like a bitch in my feet and pulled me from sleep. I was up until about 5 when it calmed enough for me to try to sleep again. It raged again 15 minutes ago and welcome to Monday morning. I immediately took my pain pills.

Some people are better adapted to having two distinct sleeping periods. This may be your body's way of letting you know.

Mine is 1 am. Sometimes I can go back to sleep easy enough, but often it feels like I have slept for hours (really only a couple) and I am wide awake.

I did that for a while after watching The Exorcism of Emily Rose. In the move 3 am was significant because it was the opposite of when Jesus died or something. It's been a while since I saw the movie.

Good morning! Exact same here. I wake up between 3:00 - 3:30 but it goes in cycles. The last two days I woke up early but was sleeping really well during the last month. Strangely, I don’t feel tired on those early-rise days either. It’s been like this for the past 20 years.

Yes, same exact time frame.

Some doctors say that's a sign of depression.

I am not sure I completely agree, but maybe true because I know I find it extremely depressing the country is slowly being taken over by fascist scum.
