The motivational speaker telling you that billionaires sleep only 3 hours a day is not a billionaire, nor does he live with billionaires.
Medically, if you don't sleep up to 6–8 hours a day, your risk of heart attack, and hypertension increases.

No matter what you're going through, please sleep.

Studies have shown that people who sleep for about 6 to 8 hours daily are likely to live longer than people who sleep for fewer hours.
Another reason to get good sleep and ignore motivational speakers who push the agenda that sleep is for the lazy

When I was younger and chasing the corp ladder I believed all the hype about those at the top until I realized they had a secret elevator to hide they were never there. (They were either sleeping or playing golf while I was working sleepless.)
