Guys, when we push an update that causes a bug, we can fix it within minutes if you give us detailed information. PLEASE don't say something isn't working without providing more information; it makes narrowing it down much harder.

Spent a long time yesterday chasing down an “I can’t edit my posts on safari on iPhone but I can on my iPad” issue
Eventually chalked it up to a very tired browser tab that needed to be closed.
I’ve heard instruction elsewhere to “clear your cache” (won’t do bc reasons).

The only thing I have noticed is that yesterday it was hard to respond to posts. Every time I tried, it just disappeared. I can imagine that a lot of this is due to the rapid growth of new spouters arriving from the dead bird. I'm not bitching about that at all. Patience.

As a person that answers one of our tech hotlines for issues, I fully comprehend what you are saying. Unfortunately I have encountered many non tech people that can’t even tell me if they are experiencing a complete internet outage at their location or a single computer issue.

Just to keep you posted, Spoutible just DID publish one preview post. Looks great. But on the two after, ther preview post did not appear. If it published all my preview posts it'd be GREAT because what a difference. (Have someone check it out).

I'm in my timeline & see a spout that I wish 2 comment on. I am sent 2 the thread & leave my comment. I press the return arrow & get sent 2 the most recent spout & not returned 2 the spout I just commented on. Now I have 2 scroll down, locate the spout & then I can continue viewing my timeline.

I gathered troves of cartoons from the bird app. The "save" image function no longer there.
I have to screenshot. 🥲
There's no button to save a photo on Spoutible either, just the spout.
Is this a security thing? Maybe can malware be spread through image files? Thx

I think that's a low priority issue that won't get fixed for a long time.

When I submitted my ticket, I tried to be as detailed as possible. Was it not enough? I have the same problem with my users (also software dev) submit tickets and I'm always looking for screenshots and wanting to know detailed steps.
