I honestly don't understand why Fox News didn't settle months ago. This is so bizarre.

I hope Smarmatic not only wins a substantial sum for Fox’s heinous attack on the election technology, but that they ask them to publicly retract the nonsense they have been spewing, make liars accountable again

FOX is desperate to settle, but Smartmatic smells blood in the water. Dominion did the heavy lifting when it came to discovery.

My theory: One primary reason postulated for tucker's firing is he got bigger than the network. A. Grossberg said on Deadline Whitehouse that the lawyers were SURE the whole Dominion lawsuit would be nothing, much ego. Fox thinks they are bigger than anyone who challenges them. Biding time too.

Bizarre, but good for us?
Or is this a way to 'pay' these corporations legally! 🤔🤔

Sorry, with the likes of Rupert, the mind goes where they've gone in the past.

I’m sure they are fine with the info because their supporters don’t hear it and don’t care.

The money is eh, tax write offs apparently.

They are trying to delay. It’s the classic tactic for wealthy criminals.

Perhaps Murdoch is getting older (closer to dying) and had a epiphany realizing how he's treated people his entire life and needs to change...?

Yeah, sounds like a Hallmark movie to me too.

Fox lawyers thought Abby Grossberg didn't have a copy of her own tapes, because they had her phone.
Dan Webb, Paul Clement, and Erin Murphy should all face sanction for lying to the Court, hiding evidence, and suborning perjury.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Some sort of corporate delusion in play.

I can't pretend to understand their motives, but if it turns out that one faction of the company is using the legal system to put pressure on another faction in order to push certain people out, I would not be surprised.

I mean, that's madness, but I have no other ideas here.
