Customer is not always right.

True Story.

The manager informed her that this was her last visit to the store and she was now banned for life from shopping there. Furthermore, she was told that if she returned she would be charged with trespassing.

The manager then asked the Asian…

After seeing this, the Asian lady told the manager to reduce the lifetime ban to a one-month ban. The End.😁

I honestly feel that society has fostered a culture where people take the concept of, “The customer is always right,” to a whole other level. Customers know that they can get away…

This reminds me of the start of the book Crazy Rich Asians. So nice to see karma in action!

I've been told that the complete saying is 'the customer is always right in matters of taste'. What a shame that the latter part of it appears to be largely lost.

This longer version should 100% be the real saying. Unfortunately, I can’t find anything crediting it as the original, just a few things like Reddit that have it as a proposal.

What a great story. Karma is not often so immediate and the injured party not witness to retribution being meted out.

And how gracious of the owner to reduce the penalty for this customers bad behaviour. Hopefully this Karen has learned a lesson.
