If the SCOTUS in all of its wisdom, sides with trump, it's essentially saying a US president can indeed order seal team 6 to kill a man, as Trump's lawyer suggests.
That said, and if that is the case, POTUS should immediately order seal team 6 to kill Trump. Too dark?
