So, my client said his "superior" was sick this weekend, that's why he wasn't able to pay me (I've waited for that money for two weeks already). Last time, it took over a month until they paid me. People say working via places like Upwork is bad, but the alternative is unreliable clients!

My advice, FWIW: Don't get hung up on follower counts. Follow people who share your interests, not just randomly because you hope they'll follow you and if someone unfollows you that's fine. They're probably not pissed at you; they're just curating their timeline.

Sadly, this will never happen; @DigitalEclipse did a great job of this with Atari 50, but it's a drop in the bucket against proprietary platforms, store shutdowns, the ESA, and online games.
