You know what would only require an act of Congress, though? Bumping up the number of Justices from 9 to like, 28 and have them function more like the circuits.

I just got a chance to read the article. So, as I had said, the FBI was monitoring the guy and attempting to serve warrants on him, likely for more than the one threatening post he made about Biden, but we'll probably never know now that he's dead.
