Cobb salad has overtaken Caesar as my fav salad. I use a spring mix/spinach combo, thick sliced bacon fresh from my air fryer, fresh strawberries, jalapeños and poppyseed dressing. I didn't add avocado to this one because I'm saving it for tomorrow.

My usual insomnia has been joined by throbbing foot pain because I forgot to take boots to do a site survey yesterday. I should only wear Hokas on flat, even surfaces. CBD oil + CBD salve didn't help, so it *finally* occurred to me to put some ice on it. Hoping for 😴 soon!
