Sean Collier has written an excellent piece about Depression, in light of Senator Fetterman's hospitalization and responses to it. Worth the read. Please share with those who need to, and do not, understand. https://www.pittsburghmaga...

For anyone saying Biden should have been in Ohio today instead of Ukraine, I'd just like to point out that Biden offered to help East Palestine two weeks ago in every way that he could and the Republican governor said no. Remember that in 2024.

WISCONSIN UPDATE: The two far-right Republicans running for a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court will go to a runoff. The former justice, Daniel Kelly lost his seat by 10 points in 2020 after evidence surfaces he was in touch with election deniers trying to reverse the 2020 presidential election.

One of the few that make me proud in my home state. MT needs Tester to stay.
phil_lewis_ @phil_lewis_Sen. Jon Tester, the only statewide elected Democrat in Montana, is running for reelection. Holding his seat is critical to Dems' Senate hopes.09:51 AM - Feb 22, 2023

I spent most of the Trump administration thinking "Why aren't people doing more." By the end, I realized no one was coming to save us so I asked myself why am I not doing more. 2024 isn't that far away and it's not going to win itself. While there's still time, ask yourself what you can do and do it

It's hard to overstate the danger to a free society, democracy and truth with Kevin McCarthy handing over 41,000 hours of Jan. 6 footage to Fox's election-denying, pro-Putin propagandist Tucker Carlson. This is a betrayal of American democracy and freedom.

Today, I'm honoring the great Maxine Waters of California for #BlackHistoryMonth . For more than 46 years, the godmother of Black politics has served in public office. Her landmark legislation divested the state from South Africa in the 80's. Nobody wields power more fiercely or effectively.

Lots of strong feels around birthing, breath is the first thing I teach. I teach this for some of the reasons that you mentioned. I do know that even extreme experience and birth teaches us so much, and if we choose to birth again we can see it as a platform to make other choices if we choose.
Danica Fernandes @DanicaFernandesNotice: whenever experiencing sensory overload, your body will automatically sigh. Our breath is a natural stress reliever. Take 2 mins through the day to observe the breath & be mindful. This will help your overall health & healing. #Sunday #MentalHealthMatters #Spouties12:03 PM - Feb 19, 2023
