The thing that bothers me the most is that MSM has duped us into thinking of Trump as a viable competitor instead of the mentally-ill man he so obviously is (this guy has “personality disorder” written all over him). It is just so, so awful in so many dimensions.

More worried about the “been down lately” than the harassment, frankly. It’s especially hard not to take the harassment personally when you’re down. But dealing with the down is much more important and effective than fighting the harassers (or letting them chase you from the positivity here.) ❤️

So he’s “hiding out” in Iron County. That makes sense. His cousin (Celeste Malloy) was just elected to Congress representing that area.

He was very leery of trying any other meds after that long, drawn-out difficult withdrawal. But he was also frustrated by the effects of the disorder. He finally found a doctor who worked very carefully with him and they eventually found a med that is not as addictive that works.

Thanks for sharing, Katie.

My son was diagnosed in the early days of ADD recognition (they hadn’t defined the “hyper” element of it quite yet). He was on Adderall for 20+ years and it spiraled way out of control. He went through hell getting off that stuff. I’m glad you’re watching things closely!

Excellent short film. I also love “The Barber of Little Rock.” However, my money’s on “The Last Repair Shop” (an amazing film about the impact of music programs in schools without talking about music programs in schools).

Here in Utah, we have a long-standing and consistent way of trivializing women at work - even if that woman is the president of the largest university in the state. We have the WORST record of equal pay in the nation. Very frustrating.

This is the same chick who has led the charge against equal rights for trans people…and now she wants a lottery so legislators can get their hands on more money to fight more ridiculous culture wars…?

Ah! Alaska… Does this mean little traffic along the way so no glaring lights, or plenty of traffic along the way so if you had a problem, someone would probably come along soon?

(I tend to see the glass half full—haha)

What kind of vehicle are you driving? Do you have good winter tires on it? Can you travel during the daytime instead of in the dark?

I still procrastinate by doing the simple things first, but if I have half my list crossed off (pick up mail, feed cat, take out trash, etc.) then the next layer (start on taxes, clean out the car, etc.) doesn’t seem so overwhelming somehow 😬

Not rocket science for me—I have to make a list of all the to-dos including inane simplistic stuff, and as I start crossing things off the list, I feel more motivated to get the whole list done. I’ve even put stuff like “brush teeth” on the list to get that momentum going. Hahaha.
