Real feta is sheep's milk but most of the fetas in the grocery store are cow's milk. You just have to read carefully.

If you love brie, try brebirousse. It's a sheep's milk version of brie and, if possible, is even tastier. Unfortunately, it's hard to find and very very $$$. But SO worth it. Supposedly Whole Paycheck Foods has it, but I haven't been down there yet (closest is 50 miles away).

Cheddar has less lactose than most other cheeses. Especially the sharp ones. If you're having a reaction to cheddar, it's either not really cheddar, or there;s something else doing on.

I was informed at a Cabot creamery tour that cheddar cheeses, especially the sharp ones, are perfect for lactose intolerants because the lactose is in the whey, and cheddars have as much whey squeezed out of it as they can get out. Iit's not zero, but the amount is tiny. Ditto other hard cheeses.

Why would Jeffies or any Democrat want to be Speaker with the opposition party in the majority. Not one single Democratic bill would pass because Repubs will stand against them as a block. If any GOP cross over to vote for him it's only so they can turn on him later and then call him a failure.

Meunster makes the BEST grilled cheese sandwiches.

It's a bit shocking it never got out of Richmond as A Thing, The story goes that a sailor training at Uof Richmond during WW II requested it at the NY Deli in Carytown, and his mates started asking for it too, so it eventually got the name The Sailor's Sandwich.
