I want to congratulate a former college classmate and work colleague on his retirement from General Motors after successfully leading the corporate team in resolution of the union strike in 2023. He did great work as one of the few Black senior executives in the company!

I filed a formal FCC complaint against CNBC last week for its broadcast questioning whether January 6th was an insurrection. I highlighted the Joe guy in my complaint. This morning, I checked the CNBC site and all video evidence of the misinfo segment has been removed from the CNBC website.
