Seattle LGBTQ+ bars, clubs on edge after 'lewd conduct' violations

Law enforcement inspections at four LGBTQ+ nightlife venues last weekend incited anger and fear among customers and workers, and sparked online backlash.
Over the course of two nights, law enforcement officers did not find any alcohol-related offenses at the LGBTQ+ bars and clubs they inspected. But officers told managers at three of those clubs — [names redacted] — that they observed lewd conduct violations. No violations were found at the [name redacted] in White Center, which also was inspected.

Let me get this straight:
Congress has the authority to set the Supreme Court’s budget and to infinitely expand the high court.
But, according to Justice Alito, Congress cannot require SCOTUS to have a code of ethics like the rest of the federal government.
Does that sound remotely logical?
