Hello!
Based on descriptions you've given and cover design, I'm more curious about The Corpse Garden and Inheriting Her Ghosts, although "Don't worry about what's in the closet. Seriously. Don't." in From Twisted Roots caught my eye, too. (are emoji's still showing up as ?? marks?)

Excited that my story “The Treasure Map Inside Your Face is Covered in Bees” is appearing in The Old Ways from Eerie River Publishing. Note the “Curated by @Holley_Cornetto ” credit has had its spelling fixed. ????

My first time putting together an anthology, and I'm very pleased with how it came out. If you like Folk Horror, rituals, and sacrifice, then let me invite you to partake of... The Old Ways.

Now at the point in my life where I feel my TBR silently judging me whenever I do something that's NOT reading...
They think I don't see them glaring at me but I DO

Looking at it from a reader's perspective, my son and I absorb books differently.
I love to read the words and for me that creates the image. My son doesn't enjoy reading but loves an audio book because for him, that creates the image. I wonder if its the same for writers? Audio v. visual learners

When writing I think in words. But when reading words I see in images.

Mixture. Sometimes it’s like an AI visualization in my head or a dreamlike sequence that I try to interpret. Dialogue becomes voices in my head, clear enough until I’m carrying on the conversation out loud in the shower or on walks

There is an outside company doing security audits on Spoutible. Upon initial release - not to the general public yet - there was a debugging endpoint left open inadvertently. It was closed immediately. The auditing company has not released other vulnerabilities since.

My neighborhood uses *anything* as a reason/excuse to set them off. I hate it- usually they start in the AM. Weirdly there are none here... Yet. Either they are saving them for later, or they used the entirety of their supply up on New Years.

One not plagued by follow trains or weird twitter-style BS games. Not yet anyway. I like it here so far.
