Citation needed. If you’re referring to the result of wars in which Israel was attacked by forces intent on genocide of Israelis, you may be right, but self-defense is not murder. Do you have the # of Jews living peacefully today in Arab countries like they used to? The genocide went the other way.

War is hell. IDF has the power 2 turn Gaza into a sheet of glass, killing everyone there. Instead, they do everything they can think of, including things nobody else ever does in war, to try to prevent innocent suffering and death. If you still think IDF is unfeeling &/or uncaring, I can’t help you.

Hamas still has a lot of Israeli hostages including Kfir who had his first birthday yesterday in captivity! While Israel will do everything to get them back safely, they also risk the lives of the innocent hostages with each attack.

I wish, & I believe IDF wishes there were ways to better protect precious innocent lives from Hamas using them as human shields, but unless Israel wants to accept terrorism & eventual genocide of Israelis, this is the best option IDF or I can come up with. We’re all ears for better options.

I don’t know how many innocents Hamas will manage to get killed before it’s over. I think it will be as many as they can manage. Israel will do their best by calling, texting, & dropping leaflets to warn innocents, but I blame Hamas for causing the deaths of their war crime innocent human shields.

Rape occurs everywhere, including USA where I live. Part of what makes me comfortable sending my daughter to school is that rape is illegal here. To me that’s the difference. Hamas celebrates the killing & rape of innocents whereas Israel punishes rapists & avoids killing innocents where reasonable.

My understanding is that the same rules apply regardless of who would be raped by an IDF soldier. Also, IDF has a lot of women in combat roles due to them being required, just like men, to participate. Therefore, there would likely be female witnesses if rapes were committed by IDF.

The difference is that Hamas encourages rape while Israel punishes it. In a large enough population, there will always be criminals. My concern is how they’re dealt with by the government.

These allegations of widespread abuse don’t seem credible to me. There are serious baddies in custody, and I would think they would get the brunt of abuse if it existed. I think there’s a language/cultural barrier here. These women may consider the standard inboarding process into prison to be rape.

Surrounding countries have attempted genocide of Jews multiple times, so it’s entirely reasonable to have a strong military. What % of their budget does Hamas spend on military? Israel is 4.5%. Imagining supporting ‘poor, innocent Hamas’ & thinking democratic Israel is the terrorists is beyond me.

Individual criminals in every country kill, rape, etc. In Israel, it’s not government-sanctioned. Of course spies don’t wear uniforms, but IDF does as expected. Dropping warning leaflets, & calling/texting people in the target area is stupid militarily, but is obviously max effort to save innocents.
