We actually want you guys to break things; that is how we get better. We were able to handle the first day of the surge traffic without any major issues because we had months of breaking things. But the second day was insane. It was like trying to stop a flood with a shot glass.😅

I tried, they told me it was part of a package. Not only was I paying for that package, it also attracted a fee for rebroadcasting local channels. So I cancelled the lot, and now I have an antenna, and several streaming services. It's half the cost.

Something to keep in mind... if you sub to a live TV streaming service such as YouTube TV, Hulu Live TV or Sling, etc. you most likely have Fox "News/Business" in your package. So you are still paying the Fox Fee, and this is what keeps the channels in business.
