In Finland teachers get 2 hours to plan every day and the school days are shorter but with much more focused curriculum. Teachers are happier with the extra time to make meaningful lessons and students are learning more because the quality of instruction is better. The US could learn from this.

Something to consider as Spoutible opens up to general usage: inevitably, negativity will arise. This is still the internet after all.
I think the key difference here will prove to be how we react and respond to it. If we deprive negativity of the attention it seeks, we can maintain a good vibe.
